RBH (CEO Lee Sang-kyu), the headquarters of hair care brand 'Hair Botox', has launched a new beauty tech platform 'ILOVESALON (hereinafter referred to as ALSA)'.

'Alsa' is a customer management solution that enables reservations, sales management, and marketing, which are essential for hair designers. RBH Co., Ltd. announced that it has launched the 'Alsa' APP with the goal of a total management system in the 'beauty tech' field and especially the 'hair' field.

Alsa is divided into two versions: 'Alsa Designer', a version for designers, and 'Alsa', a customer version scheduled for official release in June. It is equipped with specialized functions for each solution, utilizing the functions needed by each user. It allowed me to focus on.

First, the advantage of the designer version 'Alsa Designer' is that basic functions such as sales management and customer management can be used for free. In particular, by strengthening the marketing function of the beauty salon, it is possible to sell to customers through various promotions (hot deals/time deals), and treatment history, including photos, can be managed separately, allowing for promotions that are exposed not only in the designer's portfolio but also in the customer version. It can be used as another means.

In addition, 'Alsa', a version for general customers, includes 'My Deal', a kind of reverse auction method in which customers find a designer by specifying a schedule for the treatment they want, and a diagnosis result tailored to the customer's current hair condition and the corresponding A service that recommends hair products is also provided.

In addition, because each platform is connected to each other, both beauty salons and customers have the advantage of being able to continuously communicate using non-face-to-face services.

A representative of RBH Co., Ltd. said, “<Connecting hair salons and customers> is the core catchphrase of the Alsa project, and the newly released ‘Alsa Designer’ actively reflects the needs of the field, excluding unnecessary functions as much as possible, making hairdressing easier and more convenient. “We wanted to make it a program that anyone in the industry could access,” he explained.

He then asked for a lot of interest and expectations, saying, “We hope that we can contribute to the advancement of the undervalued beauty market through ALSA, and all of our executives and employees will do our best to provide more innovative services.”

Meanwhile, RBH Co., Ltd. is continuing its aggressive management in various fields to establish itself as a leading company in the industry by expanding its field to the IT field, following its beauty material business through its representative products, Surpraris and Acai Oil.
